In these businesses, value is created not just by growing the top line, but by building an operation that can execute reliably and predictably at scale, without loss of control, margin erosion, or materially increasing risk.

In the past few years we have undertaken projects in India, Thailand, USA, Puerto Rico and we have advised clients in Australia, Canada, Singapore, South Korea and the Middle East.
